For many organisations, web sites, e-mail, servers, and other Internet resources are essential productivity tools that are a crucial part of day to day operations. Server downtime is simply not an option, so monitoring servers to detect and report failures is critical. We can notify you when a check reports an error via various methods including sms, email or phone. Pinging - a simple check to see if a server is on the network (check TCP/IP is active). Content Check - Each time we check your site, we look for a specific phrase or keyword. This ensures that your page has the expected content. This feature is especially useful for ensuring your data is valid on database-driven web sites. If a keyword is not present on that web page we will notify you. Performance check - A web site performance check test the time it takes for your server to respond to the monitoring agent's request. This is the time expected for a page to load on the client browser. If your page exceeds the set load time, we will notify you about possible performance issues with your server.
