Performance Management / Capacity Planning Connaught will monitor the performance of Customer systems and based on the analysis of the monitoring parameters will make qualified capacity planning recommendations to the customer.
The objective of performance monitoring is to ensure that Customer systems meet an acceptable level of performance.
In addition to performance monitoring, Connaught will undertake detailed performance and capacity assessment analysis exercises on a rolling basis to ensure desired performance characteristics.
